All ordered items are shipped from Malaysia. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Transit duration is only an estimation, while we strive to dispatch your item as soon as we can, the time taken by Pos Malaysia or Singpost to send the parcel to your designated location is not what we can control. If you have any concern please contact us without hesitation.
In case you need the item urgently, you may request us to send the item via an express courier service provider like FeDex. You will be able to receive your ordering item within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
In case you didn’t receive your item after an extended period of time, please contact us at email@example.com. We can provide you the tracking number for your parcel and you may enquire at your nearby post office. From our experience, sometimes a parcel can be held at the collection centers pending for collection when the courier company not able to reach you when they deliver the parcel. A collection note may or may not have been left by the courier personnel to inform you where you should pick up your parcel. If all these attempts failed, the last resort for us to help you would be to make an inquiry at our local post office to trace the parcel but you will expect it to take a rather long time because the tracking request is sent from postal service in Malaysia manually to the postal service in your country.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item (exclude packaging) can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Please make sure the given address is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
We do accept refund or exchange if there is a mistake in the description or during shipping. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
For an unfortunate case like this, we will request the item to return to us but all returns must include all original items undamaged, in a re-saleable condition, etc.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred on shipping back the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Out of Stock Item
While we routinely check to make sure all the items are available in our store, however, there are still rare occasions where some items may running out of stock. Also if any item which we think the quality does not reach our standard, we will terminate that item from selling. If this kind of incident happens, you will be informed immediately so that you may choose either getting a replacement or refund.
1. Our product price includes the value of goods, packaging costs, and export taxes, not including international import duties.
2. Import duties, taxes, and charges are excluded in the item price or shipping fee.
3. The import duties are the buyers’ responsibility. To avoid additional charges from import duties, please check with your country’s customs office if there are any additional charges / determine what these additional charges before purchase.
