How do I make an order?
When you decide to put in an order, just enter the quantity of the item that you need and click the “Add to cart” button. The item will be added to your shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping and would like to proceed to payment. Click on the Show Cart link on the top right of the web page and you will be directed to your shopping cart where you can check out.
A shopping cart sidebar will slide out from the right and show you the items in your cart. You may either click the “View cart” button if you wish to view what items you have put in the cart, or you may click the “Checkout” button if you have done your shopping.
If click the “View cart” button, it will show you your ordering item detail.
For the shipping, it will show you the shipping option that you have:
- Express Shipping (Estimated to arrive between 2 to 5 days after payment is confirmed).
- Regular Shipping (Estimated to arrive between 2 to 5 days after payment is confirmed).
- Free Express Shipping ( (If the total order is $75 or above. Estimated to arrive between 2 to 5 days after payment is confirmed).
You can choose the shipping option that you want. And the FREE Express Shipping option will enable when the order is $75 or above.
If click the “Checkout” button, it will bring you to the checkout page, where you can key in your shipping detail.
Once complete fill in your detail, You may proceed to pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.
How do I keep a record of the things that I have ordered?
After you have made a purchase, a record of the items you purchase can be accessed by logging into your buyer account. The list can be viewed under Account Maintenance.
Why do I need to log in before checking out?
You can checkout as guest if you wish. However, by logging into your customer account before checking out, you will be able to retrieve your order detail and payment status.
